Michelin-Starred Chef

As a former Michelin-starred Chef de Partie, cooking is in my blood. Having worked at some of the greatest restaurants in the country, I leverage my experiences to create engaging storytelling and recipes.

I am a fierce writer, working with some of the greatest brands and chefs in NYC, testing, tasting, and editing with a refined palate.

Working in kitchens has shaped my work ethic, teaching valuable lessons crucial in any business environment. From the award-winning BlackBird in Chicago to the Michelin-starred Bresca in D.C., there is nothing I can't cook up.

While working for Oishii, I successfully launched our strawberries in D.C., Chicago, and Philadelphia with Michelin-starred partnerships like Pineapple & Pearls, Esme, Royal Izakaya, and the Jose Andres Group.
